From the beginning, UIOA's Pteranodon Flyers has been an immensely popular ride. Most folks just want a ride that is exhilarating and fun, but something they can ride with a spouse, a date, or with the kids, and not have to worry about whiplash or losing their lunch. The ride's popularity can be attributed to clever theming and a smooth, free-swinging motion that eliminates jolts and lateral Gs and closely mimics the sensation of flight. We've watched as all sorts of people climb on board this coaster and come swinging back into the station with huge grins on their faces.
